Jonathan Rabinow Founds Intellex Capital After Lightstone Exit
The President and founder of Intellex Capital previously served as CIO at Lightstone; that firm is prior experience.
Jonathan D. Rabinow is President and founder of Intellex Capital, a real estate platform focused on real assets and capital markets.
Rabinow launched Intellex Capital in July 2025 after leaving Lightstone, where he had served as Chief Investment Officer of the roughly $10 billion real estate investment firm. At Lightstone — prior experience, not his current employer — he built and led the EB-5 platform that financed more than $3 billion of development.
His current role is at Intellex Capital. The firm is the entity he founded and leads; Lightstone and earlier posts are former affiliations.
Earlier in his career, Rabinow was a senior acquisitions executive at RXR Realty, where he executed more than $5 billion of real estate transactions across multiple asset classes.
Rabinow holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
The spin-out of a CIO who scaled a multi-billion-dollar EB-5 program into an independent platform reflects a familiar pattern in real assets: specialized capital-markets operators leaving large sponsors to build their own franchises.
